For embroidery, we provide formats such as DST, PES, JEF, HUS, VP3, EMB, PXF, PDF, and many more. For graphic design, we support JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, CDR, TIFF, BMP, DXF, EMF, WMF, and others upon request.
How do I make the payment?
Payments are accepted securely via PayPal.
Is there any charge for editing?
Most edits are simple and free. However, adding new elements such as extra lettering, images, or major design changes may require re-digitizing and additional charges.
How do I get started?
You can place an order directly or contact us before ordering if you are unsure about the package. During the process, we’ll ask a few questions to understand your project requirements.
What file formats can I submit?
You may submit JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, PDF, AI, CDR, or EPS files. Higher quality artwork results in better final output, so clear images with proper color separation are recommended.
Do I need to pay if I don’t like the artwork?
No. If you’re not satisfied, you can request free revisions. Payment is required only once you approve the final digital file.
Do you resell my logo or designs?
No. Your designs remain completely private. We never share or resell client artwork and securely store your files in case you need them again.
